I was very interested with the RX6400 because it showcase how power efficient RDNA2 is but it doesn't fully utilize the available power PCIE can offer. I hope there can be a GPU segment that does not compete in having the greatest amount of performance each brand can offer but more on greatest performance on a single slot, low profile 75W TDP that is constrained for small PC builds.
I think there will be a market for that, those casual PC gamers, retro gamers, and those building HTPC and those living in countries where electricity is so freaking expensive. Even the greatest graphics in any APU can't really compete with the cheapest RX6400 and yet it has still enough TDP headroom to utilize for performance. RX7400 perhaps?
