I have ryzen 7 8 core with 5700 xt and 16 gigs of ram. Every game i play can not get over 59 fps not matter the quality setting. Games always default to high or ultra when they scan my hardware. Even if I set it low the amd software still says marginal performance with sub 60s frame rates. Main issues is with star citizen only running at around 25 to 30 fps. Please help.
