Hello I encountered a problem on Radeon (TM) RX 470 Graphics
On the Desktop, the video card is loaded at 100%, as AMD Adrenalin Software writes
and in the Windows 10 Task Manager it says that the video card is loaded at 3% -5%
Who to Trust?
