laptop freezes when interact with amd card

Hello,
I have an old DELL laptop (Inspiron 3737).
A few days ago, I was in a game (not playing it, just in on menu screen), the laptop suddenly froze.
I tried to restart it, but after logo of DELL loaded, I got a black screen,

I tried to check the hard drive and such (and even run a diagnostic via bios which came out perfect), and when I couldn't find anything, I reinstalled windows.

After installing a clean Windows, it loaded fine, but couldn't recognize the AMD card by it's name (it recognized it as "Microsoft basic display adapter).

I tried to update the driver via the devices manager or even remove it and refresh, but every time that the system tried to interact with the card, it caused a freeze - which forced me to start the laptop in Safe Mode, to disable the AMD card so windows could start normally again.

I also tried to update it via the AMD software, but again, caused freezing.

Any idea of what is happening, or what to check before giving up on this laptop (which works fine without the AMD card)?

Hope I didn't forget anything useful

In this case, you can try resetting the BIOS settings to their default values. Sometimes a change in the BIOS settings can cause issues with hardware, so resetting it might help. To do this, restart the laptop and press the key to enter the BIOS setup (usually F2 or Del). Look for an option to reset the settings to default, save the changes, and exit the BIOS.

If that doesn't work, you can try reseating the AMD card. This involves opening up the laptop and physically removing the card, then putting it back in place securely. Make sure to follow a guide specific to your laptop model and take proper precautions to avoid damaging any components.

If neither of these solutions work, it's possible that the AMD card is simply faulty and needs to be replaced. At that point, it may be more cost-effective to just use the laptop without the AMD card.

Hi, thank you!
Can it be removed from a laptop?! isn't it integrated?!

And, might you know about such a guide for my model?

Thanks a lot. really appreciate your help.
