Issue with a rx 5700 xt and ryzen 5 5600g

Hello! relatively recently I updated my processor (I had a ryzen 3 2200g) and at the same time, I added another disk (m.2 Nvme kingston 1tb), it turns out that since I did that update I started to notice small drops in fps in games, for example my monitor is 75 hz (I play with the fps locked at 72 by freesync) and the dips are usually from 75 to 67 for example (I have a rx 5700 xt MSI MECH OC).

The problem besides the fps drops is that I can't even detect what problem there is because on the msi afterburne I don't notice anything strange, I don't have high temperatures, nor do the gpu or cpu frequencies drop, so I'm blank I don't know what it could be, I have everything updated Windows, GPU driver, chipset, bios and playing with low graphics there are still those jerks, so that's why I rule out any hardware problem.

I hope someone can help me since it is a shame to spend so much money on that update and not be able to enjoy the games well, thank you very much.

My PC:

Ryzen 5 5600g

Asus a320m-k

2x8 GB Ram (one 2666 and one 3200)

Rx 5700 xt MSI MECH OC

1TB kingston m.2 Nvme

1TB HDD WD blue (I don't have any games on this drive)

PSU: Redragon 850 plus gold.

Please excuse my bad English, it is not the best language I use.
