I've had this issue a few times now but I solved it before by update my BIOS from the official Lenovo customer service webpage. 

Eventually, my integrated graphic card (AMD Ryzen 7 5800H with Radeon Graphics) is not recognized anymore by the task manager. It doesn't even show up in my device manager. When I try to update AMD drivers I get a 182 error message. I ran the AMD cleanup utility and checked Windows 10 updates and driver updates from my manufacturer but I have the latest ones.
