Whenever I turn on Instant reply my gpu usage goes insane. The amd software shows that usage is normal but task manager shows 70 something percent and all of that is being shown when select the option Video Codec 0 in task manager gpu monitor. How can I fix this without turning instant reply off. It used to work fine but now it doesn't.
