I have a new Lenovo IdeaPad FLEX-14API, Ryzen 7 3700U w/Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx 2.3 GHz, Zoom says PC doesn't meet the minimum reqmts for putting up backgrounds without a green screen background. What's wrong with my system?

Anyone else had this problem?

Well Zoom's system requirement page is about as clear a mud.

Ryzen 7 cpu should meet the requirements on a windows 10 64bit PC

Do you have the latest version of the Zoom client.

  • Zoom Desktop Client for PC, version 4.5.4 (5422.0930) or higher

listed for backgrounds without green screen

  • Zoom Desktop Client for PC, version 4.6.4 (17383.0119) or higher

listed for video without green screen.

Fyrel, thanks for the help.  I agree with you on the (non)clarity of their system requirements.   I did get a helpful reply back from Zoom cust svc.  They suggested I upgrade to version 5.1.2 (28642.0705).  After I did, my problem went away.  I’ve requested an explanation of what was fixed.
