hello, i hope someone can help me... i just bought this laptop HP VICTUS 15

*rx 6500m
*8b ram
*256 m.2 SSD
i wanted to play some games , like Dota 2, asseto corsa ...i launched dota 2 and i was getting around 80 fps at max settings... i droppped the quality to see if it would increase my fps to 144 , but it still got me 80 max fps... i dunno if it is the drivers or maybe ram??? cause 8gb not enough this days i guess for gaming...so i did my research and found out that 6500m is better than a gtx 1650, and i found a gampleay spider man miles morales with the gtx 1650 getting 60 fps in low quality... so i already had the game i downloaded and i was gettting arroumd 20 fps and low quality....im confused at this point...does my laptop have any problem??....do i need to do something so i can play games?....i mean even dota getting 80 fps but sometimees dropps to 40 30 fps...help me pls
