how come my brand new xfx 5500xt wont show any video on my gaming pc with fx 6300 cpu yet when i put the gpu in my older pc with 4 core amd 3600 there is video.

my gaming rig with amd fx 6300 wont show video just black screen yet when i tried the 5500xt in my older pc with the amd 3600 4 core cpu  i get video

I have the same exact set up. FX 6300 with a XFX RX 5500 XT and I just get a black screen. The GPU works on other systems
