Has anyone here experience low fps issues in games after installing latest chipset drivers?

Has anyone here experience low fps issues in games after installing latest chipset drivers? Trying to figure out if it's a game issue, or driver issue for me. The game I experiencing this in is Enlisted.

Maybe it's a game problem, because I used to be able to get a solid 50fps in the game Enlisted. I uninstalled the game for a while and then reinstalled it. And my FPS would drop from like 50 and 60 to 30 and 10. Running at the same graphic settings as when I used to get better fps.

maybe that is the issue, i remember a few months back i had a issue in COD , i couldnt get more than 30 fps , 1440p  ultra, down to hight then to medium even going back to 1080p , i couldnt get more than 30fps , o stopped playing it .. again because COD .... tried again a few days ago and i get 100 fps 1440p ultra, maybe a game update issue or driver issue specific to that game

Working just fine on my side. No issues what so ever on sniper elite v5 , ACC , AC , AMS 2 or dirt 2, battlebit also works fine

Try a few other games to see if it's a consistent problem across the board.  Also, look for an updated graphics driver while you're at it.
