I did't ask them in NVIDIA,because my graphics card work on others computer in PCI-e x16. While other graphics cards are installed in my computer only work in x8.

And this situations does not change when i change the motherboard of my computer. So i guess that is there something wrong with my CPU(Ryzen 1700)?

Check your system BIOS, section PCIE and make sure the slot has the right speed.

  • What is your mainboard, make and model?
  • How many graphics cards are installed in the system?

I have updated the latest version of BIOS of my motherboard, but it didn't work.

  • My mainboard is GA-AB350-Gaming 3,it was producted by GIGABYTE.
  • There is only one card in my computer.

Thanks for your help!
