Recently I bought a new laptop HP Notebook - 15-bw028no Produktspecifikation | HP® kundsupport , I bought it mainly to play CS:GO but the performance on it it's bad. I get around 40 FPS and when in combat in gets down until 25 FPS.

I went to Radeon Additional Settings as well and to Switchable Graphics Application Settings and i've set cs.go to High Performance but it does absolutely nothing. I need help how can i make the game work properly like at least 50 FPS constantly because for the second graphic cad that the laptop has I don't think it's impossible for it to run like that. Please help me because I have no clue on what to do.
