That looks crazy.
I cannot say what is happening, but I would start troubleshooting it to rule stuff out.
First, I would reduce down to one monitor and see if the problem persists. If not, add a second monitor and so forth.
If its fine with one monitor, but not fine with many, what type of temps are you seeing on the card? Maybe its overheating the card?
Also if it has 4 video outputs, try variations to see if one port is possibly causing the problem.
