GPU graphic clock RX 6700 XT

Hello guys!

So recently i bought new parts to build PC, here are the parts below:

MB - Gigabyte B650M S2H

GPU - Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 6700 XT

CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 7600

RAM - 32 GB DDR5 5600MHz

SSD - Kingston KC3000

So i understand its kinda cheap build but i thought i can play some better games than on my old ass pc

So i did lock my GPU clock frequency to 2400 MIN / 2500 MAX MHz (did it as a unique setting for games like LoL and CS2, global settings doesnt save and sometime i have to set them again after boot)

And this works perfectly for CS2, my clock frequency is always around 2400 / 2500 MHz so i can get this smooth gameplay and i dont experience stuttering or fps drop as i did before

But when i play LoL my actual clock frequency doenst go up to at least 2400 MHz, it stays around 200/500 MHz and sometimes just peaks for a moment to 2390 Mhz which is below the MIN cap, but i didnt experienced any stuttering or fps drop aswell as i did before.

Does anybody know how can i fix my frequency for LoL? it gives me some headache cause i was so happy that i fixed it but now i am not sure if it is correct.

Also i am experiencing some issue when i close LoL or CS2, sometimes my PC freezes a bit and i cant turn off or restart PC from windows or i cant turn off chrome or some other stuff that i have oppened, i cant even click icons

I did DDU twice but not on safe mode so could this be an issue?

First things first run DDU in Safe Mode then try a full reinstall of the drivers, also make sure you disconnect from the internet as Windows, assuming that's what you use, will try to be helpful by reinstalling an outdated driver.

Once that's done then don't change any settings, just try your games again and see if there's an improvement.
