My RX 5700 XT is causing me tremendous grief. The center fan *only* is spinning up to 100% fan speed seemingly at random and staying there for extended periods of time (15, 20 minutes) and then just as randomly stopping for extended periods of time (2 minutes, 30 minutes, who knows).
I have adjusted every fan setting possible, I have reset it to factory default, I have done everything I can imagine to do to fix the issue. I have tried Gigabyte's software. I have tried editing BIOS fan curves. I've disabled and enabled smart curves, I've tried to do it manually. No matter what I do, I cannot disable it. I cannot slow it down. I can do NOTHING to change its behavior whatsoever. When I am in the Radeon Software settings, the fan reads out as being at 0 RPM, but only the outer fans are actually at 0 RPM whereas the central fan is at 100% speed.
Please help me fix this if possible -- the noise is intolerable.
