Hi! I've been having an issue with my Graphic card playing Gears 5, is the only game that gives me this error. Basically the Graphic Card stops to work and the game crashes, this is what i found in a Microsoft support forum:
GW502: This indicates that the graphics card on your Windows device has stopped responding and the operating system has reset it.
The graphics card may be in an unstable state. Try restarting your Windows device or reducing visual settings. If that doesn't work, check to see if your Windows device has driver updates.
