The game Pro Evolution Soccer 2018 in full screen mode shows only 25-26 fps. In the window mode with the same resolution of 1920x1080 everything goes smoothly with 60 fps. The number of FPS does not depend on the graphics settings of the game. With other games, I have never encountered such a problem. With the driver version 16.6.2, everything worked fine. now version 18.1.1 is installed. DVR for games deleted. XBOX app deleted. Please help!
