Hey all, I was not sure where to lay this down. I recently purchased a 7800 XT through Walmart that has the "sold and shipped by" listed as an authorized seller, Newegg. They are stating that I am not entitled to it because it was sold on their site and not on the Newegg site specifically. Since Newegg was/is the seller are they not still obligated? I know probably a grey area. My thought is that they are just using that platform for more sales but are still the seller and the shipper of the product. Any insight is appreciated.
