I have this film grain effect in all games which makes them look terrible. I have image sharpening turned off. Effect is noticeable especially in the background. Processor is i3 12100f, 16gb ram, Gpu: Rx6600

Weird...they look perfect to me (on 4k OLED HDR LG C2)can you check the picture from your phone if you see any difference?
They look same on phone. Try to zoom in and look in darker areas
