5700 XT, i7 6800k, and 16gb Ram.
Every other game runs fine. This should be too. I'm getting 10-15 fps @ 1080p. Then it goes up to about 200 fps for about 15 seconds and then drops back to 10-15fps again. Everything is on low and i've tried Vulkan and OpenGL. Even the UI in the main menu is stuttering. Fresh copy of Windows is installed.
WTH.This game is broken.
