I can not get a definitive answer anywhere. Should I get this one now as of 2020? I was thinking to get e Sapphire Nitro+ RX5700 XT. Thought 5700 XT has Ray tracing as per Neon Noir CRYENGINE Ray Tracing Benchmark video. But can not get a definitive answer anywhere.
