Display failure. Vertical white lines or dots

Hello everyone.
I have had a problem for a long time with my laptop screen. I will describe what happens.
I turn on the normal laptop, and lines or small dots appear on the screen, they do not let me see anything, nor does it load (such as the image). After a few hours, it happens faster when I put white images or videos in full screen, it is solved, but not completely, the white lines decrease.
After more hours, the problem is completely solved, but after the screen turns off, the white lines come out again.
When I stream content via HDMI, it works on the other screen as normal.
What I can do? Buy a new screen?
Information:
It's an ASUS X505Z
CPU: AMD Quad Core R5-2500 U with Radeon VEGA Grapihcs

I also have the same exact thing. When I use an external monitor or remote desktop the screen is fine. As of the moment I have horizontal lines across the screen that makes all text a little bit blurry. Also, I can't remember which exact update it was that happened but at the same time my laptop can't run multiple applications anymore. When I open 2 apps, everything closes. It's so frustrating.
