Hello, i have 2x shappire rx 550 4gb ddr5 with crossfire feature. I installed these Gpu on my MSI x470 gaming plus max motherboard with crossfire feature and installed all drivers, but crossfire option not appear in AMD RADEON SOFTWARE.  The gpus running at 8x  and i have minimum requierements to get crossfire feature.

My pc configuration:

Psu 750w

Cpu amd ryzen 5 3500x

Ram ddr4 2x 8gb (total 16gb qt 3200 mhz)

2x gpu sapphire rx 550 4gb gddr5

Rom m.2 kingston 512gb

Motherboard msi x470 gaming plus max with updated at last biosPlease help me to configurate the pci to use Crossfire step by step

You might want to have a look at MSI support 'Compatibility > VGA' list for your mobo model.

Maybe also ask MSI tech. support for confirmation.

My pc see the cards and they are available and run at 8x speed. The minimum for crossfire feature. I want assistance from amd developer,becouse thìs is a very big problem. And i have to sell everything becouse Crossfire non available!
