Cant use my dedicated gpu

I have a laptop which has 2 different gpu's. One of them is a integrated card "amd radeon rx vega 8" and that one is working 100% of the time. I just CANT use my "amd radeon 625". I TRIED EVERYTHING: downloading differente versions of drivers, i tried using the high performance option in my display options at windows, i tried the "manage devices" in the windows tab and i just cant get my f***ing amd radeon 625 to work in ANY GAME. Also my GPU Workload doesnt show up in AMD Software btw.

How long have you owned this laptop?

Selecting which graphic chip is used is handled by Microsoft....has for a couple of years.

Go to 'services' / display / scroll down to 'GRAPHICS".
