Can i swap my Lenovo G40-80 mobo (integrated graphics card version) with a G40-80 (dedicated video)?

I've heard that the only difference between them is the heating sink, but wouldn't the dedicated Graphics one require a different battery and charge? (I don't really care about screen compatibility, as long as it can output video through the HDMI)

The one i have:

Part number: SDK0E50515 STD

Processor: Intel Core i5-5200U 2.20Ghz

Video: Intel HD Graphics 5500

The one i intend to purchase:

Part number: SB20K04742 RV

Processor: Intel Core i7-5500U 2.50Ghz

Video: AMD Radeon R5 230 2GB (or 330)i

I'm more interested on the gpu upgrade since both cpus have almost the same performance, integrated graphics to dedicated makes a huge difference

Any device?

I imagine you can as long as the other Laptop Motherboard fits inside your laptop and all connections are the same.

But the best thing you can do is ask Lenovo Support themselves about swapping Mobos.

Besides it might cost you as much as a new laptop after paying for parts and labor to have it swapped out if it is compatilbe with your laptop.
