Hello everyone,
I have a Sapphire Nitro+ RX590, and experience blackscreens since a few years.
It happens randomly, sometimes just seconds after I log into Win10.
Both screens turn black, the fans spool up and the Mainboard boot LED turns on.
After that, nothing happens and the only thing i can do is turn the PC off and then on again.
I tried multiple things to solve the issue, like re-installing the software a few times and cleaning the old versions with DDU, or following YT-tutorials from people with similar problems but nothing helped.
I also contacted the Sapphire-support, but they couldn't help me either.
Here are my PC specs:
- RX590
- R5 2600
- 2x 8GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3000 mhz
- 600W System Power 9
- One SSD and several hard drives, which all work fine and aren't the cause of the problem.
I hope somebody can help me.
