hello, before I play a game, I watch the video from yt and then download it. But when I play it, it looks like **bleep** even though it's in full++ settings. The video I watched has very nice graphics. What is the reason of this?

In the screenshots, I showed the broken places. It looks like there are a lot of dots and it distorts the game a lot
I tested with bannerlord and same result. AMD graphics cards are really bad.
You just have to look at the sea. Same result in shadows and corners. It's like I'm playing the game at the lowest setting and it's eye strain.
