"you do not have enough memory to play this game" NO GAME WILL PLAY

Win sysinfo shows 512MB of memory??? (I suspect this is the issue!)

Does anyone know how to get Windows to recognize the full 12 Gb of vram memory?

There is no Bios adjustment/setting available that I can see.

That 512MB vRAM is referring to your IGPU Radeon Graphics from your Ryzen APU and not your GPU card. But the IGPU should still be able to run the game since Windows will automatically assign more System RAM to the vRAM of the IGPU.

Make sure to go to Windows Settings - Display - Graphics and select your GPU card to run your game and see if you still get that error message.

Also what is Device Manager showing? Any errors?

Go to these 3 gaming websites and see if your PC has the minimum requirements to run the game that you are having issues with:
