Hello! I have an asus rog g713im-ub74
AMD Ryzen 7 4800h, 16gb ram, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU
Since 5 days ago i've had visual bugs and some kind of artifacts present in things that are executed with the AMD iGPU (AMD Radeon Graphics), like Windows itself or the AMD Radeon Software, these artifacts include weird colors, icons and words tearing and the screen distorting when i move a window.

Things i've tried:
Updating the BIOS to lastest version
Clean install of older driver versions using DDU and amdsoftware cleanup utility
Clean install of Windows 10
Updating to Windows 11
Tweaking settings in AMD Radeon Software
The NVIDIA GPU doesn't seem to have any problem at all, i've also tried to uninstall the AMD drivers and use the windows basic driver and the problem dissapears but the overall performance is obviously way worse.
What else can i do?
