AMD ryzen 5 7600 FPS droppage after AMD adrenaline download.

I recently downloaded the adrenaline software on to my pc. Prior to installation, I was running games fine. Rainbow six siege was the game I mostly played. My monitor caps out at 144 fps, and I was consistently achieving this with no issues. Now, after the adrenaline download, I cannot get more than 15-30 frames in game. I fixed the problem in siege, as I switched my display adaptor in game from AMD Radeon Graphic to the AMD 7600, however in games such as Madden 25 there is not setting in game to change my adapter. I have tried verifying the integrity, deleting and reinstalling the game as well as the adrenaline update. I have cleared the cache. I am not sure what else to do. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get my 144 fps back on the games I want to play? Thank you.

Hello, i think from your post you have a Ryzen 5 7600? and an AMD discrete gpu RX 7600? (AMD bad product naming using same numbers lol)

Not sure but from your description it sounds like you have an IGPU and a discrete GPU.

Perhaps if this is true then a guide like this will help

or

if this isn't working another option may be to disable your IGPU in bios. Assuming you don't use it for anything like a monitor etc.
