AMD Ryzen 5 4500U Eyefinity

Hi all  

I am trying to set up Eyefinity as I bought a second external monitor some days ago. 
However, I do not achieve to set it up. Is Eyefinity even working with an AMD Ryzen 5 4500U with Radeon Graphics?
Unfortunately, I did not find any information on the hardware requirements...

Can you set up 3 displays via Windows Settings - Display.

Does your laptop support 2 external Displays being connected at the same time?

How are both external Monitors connected to your Laptop?  Using any Video Converting Adapters?
