AMD RX 6600XT BAD Performance

Hi, AMD.

This might be a double post as per the links below but how come this issue is not resolved.

Bought an RX 6600 Xt moving from my vega 64 and it is horrible.

As games run at 100% GPU load for only 5 minutes at 120W then BAM 70 W and Frames tank with very bad stutter.

Below is similar form. How come you cannot fix this issue.

Why must we hack your products to get basic gaming working

I will return the card and move away from your products as it is very bad support and product/software quality from your side.

Every person have different reasons for problems to come from.
And yet you only have single post written and hadn't gave us enough information to work with

Applications affected, how frequent and how long issue persists, your system configuration, in-system connections and your monitor configuration.
Logs, application performance comparsion, records of system behaviour under load via monitoring applications. Temperature statuses, frequency behaviour, overclock status.
What troubleshooting steps you had tried up to this point

WHERE IS INFORMATION?! This problem can be caused by hardware as well as software. Bad configuration, overheating (bad thermal interface or airflow), conflicting applications, not clean system with not clean drivers, games remembering old configuration that doesn't work well with newer GPU, etc. . .
People cannot treat problems without details.
