I have the problem since months that i get now and then a Black screen.
The black screen appears when i am normaly surving on the web, but mor often when i play viedeo games. When I get the Black screen the pc appears to still running, with LEDs on. It does not reboot or gives any signal more (also when replugging the cabel (Display port to Displayport , 4k Samsung U28E590D Monitor). I have no other Option then forcing to shut down with pushing long on the power button and then power it again. In the regular case the driver seems to broken and it shows a strange resolution. I then usual go on the AMD-driver side and install the driver another time (I tried to use a lilttle variety of different versions of adranaline.
I already send the card one time to the online shop, but they told me it is fully functional and sended it back to me.
Now i also reseted my pc and I still have the same problem with the black screen.
I am at the end of my knowledge and patience, i don’t know what to do anymore. I already read many different post on this topic. But it didn’t really helped me.
I appreciate any answer.

Mainboard: Asus PRIME X370-A
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Six-Core Processor
Ram: 16 GB (are two different ram bars)
Power Supplie: 650W
