 I saw my stuff had an update and when i updated the date went from 4/3/23 and is now 3/26/23 but it has the current version as the other driver while not running as well. OW 2 would run at 100 fps and is now stuttering at 30, 25 FPS

Nothing to worry about, final test/approved date before release.

Not the first time a driver is released with older date than on download page/date.
