AMD RADEON R4 GRAPHICS CARD UPDATE?

So I reset my laptop cause it was running bad and trying to play a game but it keeps saying my graphics are out of date so I look for the update for the AMD RADEON R4 but cant find it windows said it up to date to so what do I need to do I looked in the drivers but mine isn't on there

Download the driver according to your 'APU'(with R4 graphics) model.

Thank you for letting me know I found it installed the update but had to roll back due to my mouse pointer playing up if anyone knows about that ill be greatful
