AMD Radeon Pro 570

Hi there,

i use an Apple iMac 2017 with an AMD Radeon Pro 570 Processor (says the System).

Photoshop tells me today, that my graphic processor is not compatible anymore (at system start, didn't do or change anything) and i should update the driver.

After an 1-hour-Search for a fitting driver update i am here now.

The amd system (https://www.amd.com/de/support) will not find any driver with that name.

Can anyone help?

thanks and regards

Christine

First do you have Windows Boot Camp installed or are you just using your IMAC Apple OS?

If you are using Windows Boot Camp here is where you can download the latest Boot Camp driver: https://www.amd.com/de/support/kb/release-notes/apple-boot-camp

This developer takes the latest AMD Driver and modifies it to work in Windows Boot Camp: https://www.bootcampdrivers.com/

BUT if you are not using Windows Boot Camp but just your Apple OS native drivers the only way to upgrade the driver is by upgrading to the latest Apple OS that your IMAC supports.

This Apple website shows all the APPLE computers and which Apple OS it is compatible with: https://eshop.macsales.com/guides/Mac_OS_X_Compatibility
