AMD PC keeps crashing during games

My pc keeps crashing during games after swapping CPUs to my current one. after formating and reinstalling windows twice, the issue is still prominent. There is no overclocking on both the CPU and GPU. i'm at wits end figuring out what the issue is.

You say that you are not overclocking CPU or GPU, however you state your Ram is running @ 3600MHz.

To stay within spec bring that down to 3200MHz.

Also CBP and PBO are basically overclocking mechanisms.  For now make sure both are disabled.

Run with this.     Performance will take a hit.   However one must walk before one can run.

If you have HWINFO64, post a snap.     Also snaps of CPU-z   (CPU, Memory, and SPD tabs)

Take a look at event viewer...  are you showing any WHEA errors?    if so post the most common

Okay... I checked the event viewer and the most recent/frequent WHEA Logger Errors are:

Reported by Processor Core
Machine Check Exception
Cache Hierarchy Error

All the snaps are here:
