Hi I have the following setup.
HP Ryzen 7 4700u processor with integrated Radeon graphics device ID 1636 with 512 VRAM. I have 2 dell u4320Q 43inch 4k monitors. When I plug both in with the extended display one is all grainy. It seems the gpu will support one monitor at 3840 x 2160 at 30hz but the other is maxed out at 2048 x 1280 at 60hz. I'd like to get them on the same resolution even if that meant giving up some screen real estate. Anyone have any ideas? Previously this would run 2 1080p 1920x1080 Asus monitors just fine.
Even when i choose the 1920x1080 for both of the monitors in windows one of them is grainy still. Do I need to create a custom resolution and is there a document I should follow for all the input needed for a good custom resolution to run both monitors at?
