Activating USB 3.0 ports on a motherboard through hp BIOS

Hello!

I have an HP Victus 15L that has both a graphics card and a iGPU in the CPU (Ryzen 5 6500G) When I tried hooking up a third monitor with a USB to HDMI adapter, It did not work on either ports and found out that you have to activate them with the iGPU in the bios. But when I tried to I could not find the settings to do this.

If anyone knows how to solve this I would really appreciate it

First need your PC information to see how to help you.

I believe you need to connect your USB - HDMI adapter to a USB-C port that transmits video signals.

Your Motherboard Specs should tell you which USB port is a USB-C port.

In BIOS look for USB-C settings.

The PC is a HP Victus 15L, The processor is a Ryzen 5 6500G, Graphics Card is a Radeon RX  6400. I tried the USB-C and looked in the BIOS but I could get the port to display on the monitor
