I got a new Pc with the following spec:
Intel Core i7 13700KF
GIGABYTE B660 Gaming X DDR4
AMD RRX7900XTX Asrock Phantom Gaming
G.Skill RipJaws V 32Gb DDR4 3600Mhz
Fastro MS200 2Tb M.2 PCIe SSD
MSI MPG A850GF 850W Gold
Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360

I mostly play rust on my WQHD monitor on 144hz. I can play rust for like 15hours straight without any crashes but when i enter a certain area (tunnel system) the GPU goes crazy and the usage blows up to 600w and then my pc reboots. I got the information via HWinfo.
I can play games like hogwarts legacy or forspoken on max settings without any trouble. Is there something wrong with Rust?
I sent the pc back to the RMA and there tested every benchmark without any issues.
Is this error common and can be fixed by a new driver update? Or is my card broken
