Graphics Cards

Just installed a new 7900xt and only getting 30 to 50 fps on games I used to get 100 fps with my rtx 2070. 

I've tried complete fresh install windows 10 kept getting error windows removed amd drivers 

I then installed windows 11 same issue all drivers seem good card is at 100 percent utilization but runs absolutely terrible 

Do I have a bad card or just switch back to nVidia?

B560m bazooka 

4 x 8GB 3200mhz ram 

850w psi 

7900xt

Forgot to mention I did not format my drives could that be the issue as well?

Fixed the issue card is a beast now it ended up being my pci riser got a new 4.0 riser and thig works like a charm
