I run a new Sapphire 7800xt pure with a ryzen 5700x and 32gig of ram, latest bios and latest AMD driver and at some point playing games, my second monitor that normally run a youtube video or movie stutter like crazy and the game start to fluctuate to teh point that it is not playable.
I mainly play Starfield, 1440p with FSR2 and medium setting, barely reach 90fps then shutter. I can see in AMD overlay that GPU usage goes from 100% down to 30% and fluctuate from there between 30 and 100%. Power also drop from 190w to 60w.
Really makes me wants to put back my 6700xt.
