6800xt no signal to monitors

Just updated to 6800xt from 1660 super.  For the first day, just booted to black screen. Could hear Windows notification sounds though the startup, but only black screen.  After letting it sit through the night, booted up and had signal, though pixelated.  After a few trips through safemode, got Adrenaline fully installed and was working as intended... For 20 minutes.  Then black screen, no signal.  Windows kept running, but no display.  The next 2 boots had signal to bios splash screen, then no signal.  Now, no signal on boot at all, but Windows still progresses though startup sequence.  Looking for advice as to where to turn to next.

Have updated bios, reset cmos, installed after running ddu, tested all 3 8 pin connectors running 1660 super

Thanks

Are you using a single PCIE power cable with second connector pigtailed at the end? or do you have 2 separate cables connected to the 6800XT?

3 individual PCI-E cables, one to each connector on 6800xt

Sorry I didn't realize the Asrock Phantom has 3 8-pin PCIe as the reference 6800XT only has 2.

Looks like there are 4 VGA connectors on that power supply, have you tried using different ports?

Do you have ECO turned on or off?

Turn it on, and LEAVE IT ON.  Leave it on for like minutes to see if it automatically resets itself.
