6800XT - Eyefinity - Peripheral monitors stuttering

I've been running a 6800XT on my simulator rig for well over a year now. For this entire time eyefinity has had severe issues handling my peripheral monitors. I figure it's time to deal with it.

Setup1: R5 1600, 2x8 DDR4 2933, Asrock AB350 Fatality Gaming, Asus ROG STRIX LC 6800XT OC, 3x Lenovo D32q20 31.5" 2560x1440 75hz freesync 48-75hz, eyefinity (7900x1440p or 7680x1440p), windows 10,

Setup2: R5 5600x, 2x8 DDR4 3600, Asus B550 STRIX gaming F, Asus ROG STRIX LC 6800XT OC, 3x Lenovo D32q20 31.5" 2560x1440 75hz freesync 48-75hz, eyefinity (7900x1440p or 7680x1440p), windows 10

Note: I have owned two identical GPUs due to an RMA service on the first one, the issues was idential on both GPUs. If it matters, my displays are running via 3 high quality display port cables. One of which is connected to the GPU via a USBC to DP adapter. I have also tested with 2x DP and 1x HDMI and seen the same issue, as well as a completely different set of DP cables.

Note: I have also tested my setup on an nvidia GTX 1070, and did not have the same issues.

Issue1: When running eyefinity surround with or without bezel correction regardless of v-sync/freesync settings, or the refresh rate selected in windows 10 display settings, my peripheral monitors exhibit severe screen tearing, and do not appear to be running at the correct framerate, or else are desyncronized resulting in a stuttery mess of an image. In some cases this also results in green, red, or white static bars running horizontally across a given monitor whenever i move my mouse.

Issue2: When booting up my PC, or switching from my 4kTV display (HMDI) output to my sim display (triple eyefinity), one or more of my monitors will show only a black image. The only way to fix this seemingly is to unplug all dispalys from the GPU and then plug them back in. Sometimes i have to do this several times, to get an image to diplay on all 3 monitors. This issue may also occur when re-applying an eyefinity surround profile.

Occurance: In every situations, as long as eyefinity is enabled.

Driver: Every gpu driver version since at least 22.6.1, I have tested various older drivers and they all had the same issues.
