I have a waterblocked 5700xt that is spiking to 100% usage with every game I play. Idles at like 36C and 4-6% usage. As soon as I open a game it spikes to 97-100%, as a streamer this is affecting my ability to stream as its freezes or lags out even at the lowest graphics setting. Even without OBS open games like Jedi Fallen Order and Modern Warfare on lowest setting freeze for ~10 secs frequently. I've looked all over with almost nothing resembling a solution.
