After using DDU and updating to 20.2.2 most of my crashes and glitches got fixed. Rainbow Six Siege, the game I am mostly playing right now runs smoothly, although I still have some rare crashes on loading and menu screens. However, playing 2D games like Rimworld and NEO Scavenger gives me CTDs and bluescreens.

I have tried 20.1.3 and 19.12.1 with no success. I can't seem to play both this games without crashing every few minutes. I tried Hollow Knight, another 2D game, and it seems fine. Played for an hour or two.

Is there any known fix to this? Anything else I can provide for more analysis?

I did a fresh Windows 10 install. Still crashes.

Only crashes on specific games.

I removed the 5700 XT and installed my old GTX 960 just to confirm the BSOD and crashes aren't caused by my other parts.

20 minutes of Rimworld and no crashes so far. I think the cause of the crash is definitely the 5700 XT and/or its drivers.

Is there no remedy for this? Do I need to return or sell this card?

Nevermind. I still crash/BSOD on 960. Memtest says zero errors. What else am I missing here? PSU? Mobo?
