This occurred with previous drivers as well.

Every time I start the game there is 50/50 chance the driver will crash.

After the crash the next game start just works with no issues.

I have been submitting the crash reports, hopefully it will be fixed eventually.

At what point of launching game does it crash?
Because with my 6750XT i had no such issue. I may have gotten some in-game crashes, but it was my OC instability. After fixing those, no crashes.

After game launch, as soon as the game logo shows up.
Perhaps there is some OC on my 6900XT from what Sapphire did but I will not bother to remove it now.

Game works fine after the second launch, every time.
The annoying part is that Adrenaline app does not want to open anymore after the crash and I have to restart my PC.

Hmm... tried myself, i have no such crash. What is your game version?
Does this crash come with some sort of error? Or just driver failure? 
Try DDU cleanup driver and reinstall it cleanly? It may help you, but i won't guarantee you anything. 

Also try looking up where Pathfinder saves logs, because it probably should have such place as it have in-built feature to send them to developer.
