Здравствуйте.я не могу понять толи у вас все так плохо с драйверами,толи у меня корявая видеокарта(rx 588 от gigabite) 
дело в том что (это уже 3 раз) иногда я сворачиваю игру,и даже 1 раз когда просто в игру зашел у меня случаются проблемы 
у меня по всему экрану пиксели  и не скажу что артефакты,белые квадраты с пикселями 
на видео хоть плохое качество но все таки там видно ( для тех поддержки amd - YouTube  ) 
и при включении компьютера 3 секунды у меня белый экран в пикселях ( это ток щас) 
видеокарте 6 мес 
раньше это помогало сношению драйверами и установке заново их 
щас я обновил драйвера исправилось ток на 70% 
то есть пиксели остались и квадраты иногда вылезают но не так сильно как сначала 
но к чему это я
я хоть знаю что когда следующее обновление выйдет это скорее всего исправится но все таки,почему данное явление возникает?

Zdravstvuyte.ya can not understand toli you so bad driver, I felts clumsy card (rx 588 of gigabite)

The OP has a RX 580 as there is a typographical error. The OP also has the driver stuck problem which is a known problem.

19.6.1 is available which may solve some problems but the description given is a bit vague suggesting some serious graphics anomalies.

If problems persist a clean install of Windows may be needed.
