how much ram speed / clock allow my mother board 

here some specs that i can read out with gpu-z

hi,

you have 3200CL22 RAM - this is NOT GOOD

your Ryzen 5 3600 should be able to handle 2 dimms with DDR4-3600CL16 - which is a good speed with good timings - AND its your Infinity-Fabric clock = also a benefit

ps if you get 2x DualRanked DDR4-3600CL16 you will have good performance and pay about 100€ in Germany

thx for the fast answaer u really a grand master thx a lot i was i crying why i cant find out what the board support for like a week i search

i have try the crucial system scanner too but they cant say some options for update  (i think that is so then the x570 from lenovo is **bleep**ty and unkown i really cant find no direct specs for it by trying to google it)

if its a Lenovo OEM PC - go to Lenovos Website and download the *.pdf for compatibility...

it should show you what RAM works.

if you live in Europe (EU) simply order the DDR4-3600CL16 and if it doesnt work then return it within 14 days and get your money back 😉

ahm can u say please up to how much gb ram it support (32GB,64GB?) but i think the ryzen 5 -3600 only support up to 3200mhz ram freq
